Damaged or Defective Goods
We will replace or refund defective or damaged goods with proof of purchase. Please contact JungleBrolly by email via - info@junglebrolly.com or contact JungleBrolly direct at +61 8 88447 1142 or fax +61 8447 1172.

Incorrect Items Ordered
JungleBrolly will issue a full refund for items ordered incorrectly if customer notifies JungleBrolly office via email, phone or fax within 7 days of receipt. The items must be returned and received by by JungleBrolly before refund is made. All product returned must be unopened and in the original packaging. If customer is at fault, postage costs will not be refunded. If JungleBrolly has sent out the incorrect item and different from the original product ordered, JungleBrolly will refund the cost of postage.

Order Cancellation
A cancellation fee will apply where an order is cancelled after the order has been submitted. A cancellation fee of $USD 10 will apply.
